Lucius x Child! Reader

(Lucius is 7,you are 6.)



Lucius sighed impatiently as he waited for his mother,Nancy to bring back the tickets.His mother had an idea to go to the Zoo to celebrate his birthday and to get him out of the house for a while.Figuring she wasn't coming anytime soon he went over to look at the animals,all the animals he looked at would run away in fright.He smirked mentally,proud that he inherited his father's scary aura.He noticed that the animals had now moved to one section of the area,he looked at the source the animals moved to his eyes widened.
There stood a petite girl giggling as the animals nipped gently at her hand,she had smooth (s/c),bright (e/c) eyes,and a small smile grazed on her face.Her curly (h/l) (h/c) hair made her even more beautiful.Lucius suddenly began to daydream and fiddle with his fingers.

"Why are you staring at that girl Lucius?Do you like her?"

The voice broke through his daydreaming and startled him,Nancy looked at him questionably with a teasing glint in her eyes.He brushed it off and continued looking at the girl almost starting to daydream again.

"Well,what are you waiting for?Go talk to her."

Nancy spent no time and began to push him over to the girl,he wanted to stop and try to run away,but he didn't want to embarrass himself in public.She pushed him to a distance that the girl would notice him from afar and stepped back to let them talk.The girl saw him and greeted him with a friendly smile.

"Hi!My name is Y/N!What's your name?"


"Lucius...Lucius Wagner."he repiled softly almost unaudible,Lucius didnt like to talk unlike his family,but if it came to being friends with this girl he would talk all day long.His mother smiled and went to meet her future 'daughter in law'.


"Hello child, I'm Lucius' mother,what's your name?"


"My name is Y/N,nice to meet you Mrs.Wagner!"


Nancy smiled,Y/N seemed like a very nice girl and very energetic she might add.Oh she could hear the wedding bells and see her grandchildren running about,or maybe she was getting ahead of herself?


'Y/N!"


"Oh,that's my mother.Bye Mrs. Wagner,bye Lucius!" the little girl ran off to her mother and entered the car.Lucius watched as the car drove off.Nancy grabbed his hand and went to the nearest food cart.



"Come Lucius,you must be hungry after all that 'talking'."



Time Skip~



"Excuse me Detective McGuffin (McMuffin) but who is this?



"This is Detective (l/n) he will be working with me on this case.He also brought his daughter with him if you don't mind."



"Of course not,Lucius will be happy to play with her."

Lucius was in his room writing in his journal that his father had given him,his next target was Agnes.When he was figuring out ways to end her existence he heard a knock emit from his door. He froze for a second and put his journal away in his nightstand.


"Lucius sweetie,Y/N has come to visit you~"


He fixed his hair that was messed from thinking to hard and opened the door only to be glomped on.


"Hi Lucius,I missed you so much!"Y/N said as she glomped the raven haired boy.A light blush made it's way on Lucius' face he looked at Jovita who had a small smirk on her face.

"I'll leave you two alone now."Jovita gave Lucius a quick wink before leaving.Lucius was blushing harder now,why was everyone pestering him lately?As they sat on his bed he secretly locked hands with her,but she didn't seem to notice.Y/N took out her stuffed bear and started to play with it.He also got his bear and tapped her shoulder gaining her attention.



"Oh Lucius you have one too,it's so cute!"



He nodded happily,he haven't been so happy in a while or never actually.They spent the whole couple hours playing with their toys,talking a little bit and laughing at some jokes then and now.When it was after dawn Nancy had peeked her head through the door.


"You two come downstairs,dinner is ready."


"Okay we'll be right there!"


Y/N and Lucius closed the door as they walked downstairs to dinner.

Dinner was silent except the sound of silverware clacking together and the sound of the dishes being hit against it.After finishing the main course came desert as Lucius was almost done eating he noticed more cherries was being put on his plate.He looked over at Y/N.



"I'm not a big fan of cherries,(sorry for all cherry lovers)so you could have mine."Y/N whispered.Lucius nodded and continued eating.

"Well Detective (l/n) and I will be leaving now, we'll come back tomorrow to investigate some more."



"Yes thank you for all your work gentleman."

Detective (l/n) looked at Lucius and smiled.


"Don't worry Lucius Y/N will come tomorrow for sure!"

'Now I see where she gets her energetic demeanor from'Lucius thought.



"Bye Lucius."Y/N said as she gave him a quick peck on his cheek then blushed and ran off to go home.The Wagner family looked at him in an mocking gaze smiling.



"What?"Lucius said in an hushed tone.
